Advertisers may cancel their membership account at any time by logging in to their account and submitting a cancellation request in the cancellation section. Advertising is pre-paid yearly or monthly. No refunds (whether in full, pro-rata, or in part) will be given.
Important cancellation/refund information:
- Please allow 10 business days for processing all cancellation requests.
- We are not able to issue refunds on advertising orders once they have been processed.
